Service Description

Apology Generator provides AI-powered tools to help users craft and analyze apologies, including:

• AI Apology Generator across 10 scenario categories
• Apology Coach for analyzing existing apologies
• Expert Analysis using academic communication theories
• Multi-channel adaptation (press release, social media, direct text)

Subscription Plans

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. After the trial:

• Free users retain unlimited Generate & Coach access with 25-word limit
• Expert Analysis requires Pro upgrade

Pro Subscription

Pricing:

• Monthly: $12.99/month
• Yearly: $99.99/year (Save 30%!)

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment:

• Web: Processed by Stripe
• iOS: Processed by Apple In-App Purchase

Cancellation & Refunds

Web Subscriptions (Stripe): Cancel anytime through your account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

iOS Subscriptions (Apple): Manage subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple through the App Store.

You can cancel anytime, but cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Apology Generator to:

• Generate content related to future threats or violence
• Create apologies for illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

Crisis Safety Protection

Our service includes automated detection to prevent generation of content related to future threats of violence or self-harm. While we allow apologies for past actions, we block requests involving future harmful intent.

Intellectual Property

Our Content: Apology Generator, our logo, and original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you submit. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your content through our AI systems.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as-is" for your use. We make no claims of ownership over AI-generated output.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Apology Generator is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results or outcomes from using our tools

Important: AI-generated apologies are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and adapting content before use. We are not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apology Generator and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
